Dennis Rodman was known for wearing Converse sneakers doing his Chicago Bulls days but he also tinkered with Nike and undoubtedly what was his most popular trainer, the Air Shake NDestruckt is set to be re-released.

The trainer, which Rodman originally wore in 1996 and set to be released again in early 2017. It was developed by longtime Nike designer Eric Avar, who used the shoe’s unorthodox lacing to reflect Rodman’s eccentric personality.

“We just thought that this alternative lacing and an alternative product like this might make sense for a player like Dennis,” Avar said to sneaker outlet Sole Collector in a 2012 interview.
