Olympiacos dropped their first game for the Euroleague American Tour 2009, as the San Antonio Spurs took an 18-point lead by the end of the first quarter, which they kept until the end to win 107-89.
Olympiacos cashed in 39 points by the Spurs in the first quarter and trailed by 18, being unaible to come back to the game until the end. The Greek club was led by Baby Shaq, Sofoklis Schortsanitis who poured in 16 points and ex-NBA players Josh Childress and Von Wafer who had 16 and 11 respectively.
The French duo of the Spurs, Tony Parker and Ian Mahinmi had a good presence on the floor as the scored 12 and 7.
