Luka Doncic could still join Slovenia later this summer

Luka Doncic is not expected to play for Slovenia during the July national team window, but the possibility of him joining the squad later this summer remains open.

According to Sasa Doncic, the Los Angeles Lakers star could still become part of head coach Aleksandar Sekulic’s roster in August.

“He will not be there in July, but August is still a long way off,” Sasa Doncic said.

“There is certainly a possibility that he will join Aleksandar Sekulic’s squad,” he added.
