Victor Wembanyama’s conditioning and stamina have become major talking points during the playoffs after the Spurs superstar delivered another dominant performance in the Western Conference Finals.

The San Antonio Spurs center played a career-high 49 minutes in Game 1 against the Oklahoma City Thunder, finishing with 41 points and 24 rebounds.

According to his agent Bouna Ndiaye, Wembanyama’s offseason Shaolin training helped build the physical endurance he is showing late in the postseason.

“His conditioning is second to none,” Ndiaye said.

“We’re getting into that period of the year where you’re playing every other day, and Victor is still looking so good physically,” he added.

The training program also included meditation sessions, early-morning workouts, and difficult mountain exercises aimed at strengthening both his body and mental focus.
