Karl-Anthony Towns leads the second round in PER

Karl-Anthony Towns of the New York Knicks finished with the highest Player Efficiency Rating during the second round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs, posting a PER of 33.7.

Ajay Mitchell ranked second at 30.1, followed by Jalen Brunson at 28.5 and Chet Holmgren at 28.1.

Donovan Mitchell rounded out the top five with a PER of 27.1, while Victor Wembanyama ranked sixth at 26.6.

The remainder of the top 10 included Mikal Bridges, Dylan Harper, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Isaiah Hartenstein.
