Joel Embiid out for Game 2

Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid will not play in Game 2 against the New York Knicks on Wednesday night because of ankle and hip injuries, according to ESPN sources.

Embiid’s absence is a major setback for Philadelphia as the team attempts to recover after a difficult loss in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinal series.
