Jamahl Mosley: We’re not a dirty team

Orlando Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley recently responded to Atlanta Hawks head coach Quin Snyder calling Goga Bitadze’s hard foul on Jock Landale a “dirty play” (foul occurred during the 4th quarter of Orlando’s 130-101 home loss vs. Atlanta/Landale currently out with a high right ankle sprain).

“First and foremost, I never ever ever ever want to see a guy go down. Never. That’s not the intent. That’s not the intent of physicality. That’s not the intent of us being a physical, aggressive team. Are we dirty? No, we’re not a dirty basketball team. We’re a physical, aggressive basketball team. That was a week ago and I can see the point of why he’s talking about it because he loses the guy in his rotation, but that was a week ago.”
