The San Antonio Spurs will face the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday, April 1, with multiple roster absences affecting both teams.

Spurs’ forwards Harrison Ingram and David Jones Garcia remain out as two-way players in the G League, while center Luke Kornet is sidelined due to right knee injury management. Emanuel Miller is also unavailable on a two-way assignment.

Golden State is dealing with a more extensive injury list. Stephen Curry is out with right patellofemoral pain syndrome, and Jimmy Butler III remains sidelined after right ACL surgery. Al Horford (right soleus strain), De’Anthony Melton (left thumb strain), Moses Moody (left patellar tendon surgery), Kristaps Porzingis (general illness), Quinten Post (right foot), and Gui Santos (right pelvic contusion – questionable) also miss time or are listed as questionable. Gary Payton II is managing a right knee issue and is currently questionable.

The Spurs have won their last two games, including a dominant 127-95 road victory against the Milwaukee Bucks and a 129-114 home win over the Chicago Bulls. Golden State comes off a 116-93 loss to the Denver Nuggets but defeated the Washington Wizards 131-126 in their previous outing.

This matchup also revisits earlier meetings this season, where Golden State narrowly defeated the Spurs twice, including a 109-108 NBA Cup game in November. The current Western Conference standings have San Antonio second at 57-18, while Golden State sits 10th with a 36-39 record.
