The Miami Heat visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday, March 27 with several players listed on the official NBA injury report ahead of the 7:30 p.m. ET tipoff at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Cleveland enters the game fourth in the Eastern Conference with a 45–28 record, while Miami holds the eighth seed at 39–34 as the playoff race tightens in the final weeks of the regular season.
The Cavaliers could be without starting center Jarrett Allen, who is listed as questionable with right knee tendonitis. Allen has been a key interior presence, averaging 15.3 points and 8.5 rebounds while shooting 63.6 percent from the field in 51 games.
Cleveland also lists several players as unavailable. Craig Porter Jr. is out with a left groin strain, Dean Wade will miss the game with a right ankle sprain, and Jaylon Tyson remains out with a bone bruise in his left great toe.
Three Cavaliers on two-way contracts—Tristan Enaruna, Riley Minix, and Olivier Sarr—are also ruled out while on G League assignments.
Despite the injuries, Cleveland continues to rely on its star backcourt. Donovan Mitchell leads the team with 28.3 points and 5.8 assists per game, while James Harden averages 21.0 points and 7.7 assists since joining the lineup earlier this season.
Evan Mobley has provided frontcourt production alongside Allen, averaging 18.1 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game.
Miami’s injury report includes seven players, though most do not impact the regular rotation.
Terry Rozier has been ruled out because he is not with the team. The Heat also list Vladislav Goldin, Trevor Keels, and Jahmir Young as out while on two-way contracts tied to G League activity.
Jaime Jaquez Jr. is the most notable active roster player on the report. The forward is listed as questionable with a right ankle sprain after averaging 14.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.8 assists across 66 games this season.
Nikola Jovic is available despite low back injury management, and Andrew Wiggins is also available while dealing with sesamoiditis in his left big toe.
Miami’s offense has been led by Norman Powell, who averages 22.2 points per game and earned an All-Star selection this season.
Tyler Herro contributes 21.3 points per game in 26 appearances, while Bam Adebayo anchors the interior with averages of 20.3 points and 9.8 rebounds.
The teams met Wednesday in the same arena, when Miami recorded a 120–103 victory over Cleveland.
The season series has been competitive. Cleveland won 130–116 in November, while Miami secured a 140–138 overtime win in the earlier meeting.
