The Los Angeles Clippers dominated the Indiana Pacers 130-107 to earn their third straight win on Wednesday night.
Kawhi Leonard led the Clippers with 29 points, Benedict Mathurin added 23, Brook Lopez had 17, and Darius Garland had 12 in his first home game since being acquired in a trade last month.
On the other hand, Pascal Siakam dropped 29 points in his return after sitting out three games with a left wrist sprain, but the Pacers lost their seventh in a row and fell to the bottom of the Eastern standings with a 15-47 record.
Jay Huff added 18 points with 4 of 8 three-pointers, while Jarrace Walker finished with 17.
Los Angeles led 42-25 after one quarter and maintained a double-digit lead with 63-51 at halftime, while Leonard already had 20 points.
The Clippers pulled away with a 16-2 run in the third quarter, extending a seven-point lead to 21, and shot 55.1% compared to the Pacers’ 42.9%.
Meanwhile, Norchad Omier had only one basket but became the first Nicaraguan to score in the NBA, according to the Clippers.
Both teams will play on Friday night: the Pacers visit the Lakers, while the Clippers visit San Antonio.
