Trae Young is set to make his Wizards debut Thursday against Utah, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
The four-time All-Star was traded to Washington on January 9 but has not yet played due to right knee and quad injuries.
His last appearance came on Dec. 27 with the Hawks.
The Wizards announced on Feb. 19 that Young was progressing in his recovery and would ramp up on-court work, and he is now expected to return about two weeks later.
Young originally sprained the MCL in his right knee on Oct. 29, returned briefly in mid-December, then was sidelined again with a right quad contusion.
In just 10 games this season, a career low, the 27-year-old has averaged 19.3 points and 8.9 assists in 28.0 minutes per game.
Given the lengthy absence, he will likely be on a minutes restriction Thursday before Washington begins a four-game road trip Sunday in New Orleans.
