The Boston Celtics dominated the Brooklyn Nets 148-111 to win five of six since the break on Friday night.

Jaylen Brown led Boston with 28 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds, while Nikola Vucevic finished with 28 points and 11 rebounds for his third double-double since joining the Celtics. Payton Pritchard added 22 points.

The Celtics shot a season-high 66.7% from the field and sank 22 three-pointers with 77 points off the bench.

On the other hand, Michael Porter Jr. finished with 18 points for the Nets and has lost seven consecutive games.

Boston took control in the third, outscoring the Nets 43-26 after managing only seven points over the final 6:23 of the period.

The Celtics’ lead grew to 41 in the fourth, while they led only 66-57 at halftime. They shot 62% from the field, 24 of 39, and 60% from behind the arc, 12 of 20.

Brooklyn was able to stay close due to Boston’s eight turnovers, which converted to the Nets’ 12 points, but turned to only four in the second half.

Both teams will play home games on Sunday: the Nets host the Cavaliers, while the Celtics host the 76ers.
