
The Toronto Raptors and Chicago Bulls will enter Thursday night’s matchup at the United Center with several key players listed as out or questionable.
Toronto is without Chucky Hepburn, A.J. Lawson, and Alijah Martin, all sidelined in the G League, while Sandro Mamukelashvili remains questionable with a right rib contusion. Collin Murray-Boyles is probable after missing time with a left thumb sprain.
Chicago’s injury report shows a mix of absences and uncertainties. Zach Collins (right first toe sprain) and Noa Essengue (left shoulder surgery) are out, while Josh Giddey and Tre Jones are questionable with left hamstring strains. Yuki Kawamura and Mac McClung are inactive in the G League, and Jalen Smith is probable with a right calf strain.
The Raptors are coming off a 95-113 loss to Detroit on February 11 after defeating Indiana 122-104 on February 8. Scottie Barnes and Brandon Ingram continue to lead the team offensively, averaging 19.3 and 21.8 points per game respectively. RJ Barrett is contributing 18.5 points per game, while Jakob Poeltl provides an inside presence with 7.6 rebounds per contest.
Chicago has struggled recently, dropping back-to-back games to Boston (105-124) and Brooklyn (115-123). Giddey remains the team’s primary playmaker, averaging 18.6 points and 8.8 assists per game. Collin Sexton and Anfernee Simons add scoring depth, with 17.7 and 16.8 points per contest respectively. Matas Buzelis is anchoring the frontcourt with 15.2 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.
Toronto holds a 32-23 record, sitting fifth in the Eastern Conference, while Chicago is 24-31 and 11th in the standings. The two teams met earlier this season on February 5, with the Raptors winning 123-107.
