Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade confirmed Friday that forward Dylan Osetkowski has been suspended and is no longer eligible to compete, following a decision by the Spanish anti-doping agency.
The club said it received official notice earlier in the day and was informed that the ruling had been forwarded to FIBA, which then notified all competitions in which Partizan participates.
According to the statement, the suspension immediately prevents Osetkowski from playing, creating a new and unexpected situation for the club during the 2025–26 season.
Partizan emphasized that it had not been informed of any new proceedings prior to receiving the suspension notice.
The development is notable because the club previously received confirmation last summer that an earlier case involving the player had been resolved in his favor.
That clearance allowed Osetkowski to sign with Partizan and compete this season without restriction.
From a basketball standpoint, the suspension removes a rotation forward from a team already struggling to stabilize its lineup.
Osetkowski appeared in 25 EuroLeague games this season, starting 14, and averaged 6.7 points and 2.6 rebounds in 18.5 minutes per game.
He shot 50 percent on two-point attempts and 38.1 percent from three-point range, providing spacing at the power forward position.
Partizan currently sit 18th in the EuroLeague standings at 9–18, with one of the league’s worst point differentials.
The team has lost seven of its last 10 EuroLeague games and remains outside the play-in picture.
The club said it will communicate further steps once it receives additional clarity from the relevant governing bodies.
