The Cleveland Cavaliers dominated the Orlando Magic 114-98, earning their fourth straight win on Monday evening.

Donovan Mitchell dropped 45 points, including five three-pointers with 15 of 25 from the field in 35 minutes.

He had a season-high 26 first-half points, a great start for a player who came into the game leading the NBA in second-half scoring average at 17.6 points per game.

It was Mitchell’s 25th 30-point game this season, fourth-most in the league and fifth with at least 40 points.

Mitchell had 36 points in Saturday’s 119-105 win in Orlando.

Evan Mobley contributed 20 points and nine rebounds, helping Cleveland equal their longest winning streak of the season, which was their last in early November.

The run puts the Cavaliers a season-best eight games over .500 at 28-20, and they are also 11-4 since December 29.

On the other hand, Magic forward Paolo Banchero scored a season-high 37 points and 10 rebounds, while Desmond Bane added 19 points.

Orlando jumped out to a 38-27 lead early in the second quarter on a three-pointer by Moritz Wagner before the Cavaliers started coming back.

The Cavaliers trailed 52-49 before going on a 12-4 run over the last 2:56 of the second quarter to go up 61-56 at halftime.

Cleveland ended the game on an 8-2 run to take their largest lead of the game.

Both teams will play on Wednesday as the Magic at Miami, while the Cavaliers host the Lakers.
