The Portland Trail Blazers and the Golden State Warriors enter Tuesday night separated by two games in the Western Conference standings, but the injury report paints very different pictures ahead of their fourth meeting of the 2025-26 season.

Portland arrives at Chase Center with seven players listed as out or doubtful, including multiple core rotation pieces, which significantly impacts lineup flexibility for a road matchup against a team above them in the standings.

Apart from Damian Lillard, who is out for the season due to left Achilles tendon injury management, Deni Avdija is also unavailable with lower back soreness, removing the team’s leading scorer at 26.1 points per game along with a primary playmaking option.

Scoot Henderson remains sidelined with a left hamstring tear, while Kris Murray, Matisse Thybulle, and Blake Wesley are also ruled out.

Jerami Grant is listed as doubtful due to left Achilles tendonitis, and his potential absence would further reduce Portland’s shot creation, given his 20.0 points per game on 38.9 percent shooting from three this season.

With multiple starters unavailable, Portland is expected to lean heavily on Shaedon Sharpe, who averages 21.5 points per game, along with interior production from rookie center Donovan Clingan, who posts 11.1 points and 10.7 rebounds per contest.

The Warriors’ injury report is considerably lighter, with no regular rotation players ruled out for health-related reasons ahead of tipoff.

Golden State lists two two-way players, LJ Cryer and Malevy Leons, as out due to G League assignments, while Seth Curry remains sidelined with left sciatic nerve irritation.

That leaves the core group intact for Steve Kerr’s squad, including Stephen Curry, who is averaging 28.8 points per game, and Jimmy Butler, who contributes 19.9 points and 5.5 rebounds per night.

Golden State enters the game at 21-19 after a loss to Atlanta, while Portland sits at 19-21 following a home defeat against New York.

Tipoff is scheduled for 10:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, January 13, at Chase Center in San Francisco.
