The Orlando Magic visit the Toronto Raptors at Scotiabank Arena on Monday, December 29, with tip-off scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. Both teams enter the matchup riding one-game winning streaks, Orlando at 18-14 and Toronto at 19-14.

Orlando will be without Franz Wagner (left high ankle sprain) and Moritz Wagner (left knee injury recovery), while Jalen Suggs (left hip contusion) is doubtful and Goga Bitadze (left knee strain) is questionable. Colin Castleton remains out on a G League two-way assignment.

The Magic rely heavily on Paolo Banchero, who is averaging 19.8 points and 8.2 rebounds over 32.9 minutes per game. Anthony Black contributes 15.1 points and 3.5 assists, while Wendell Carter Jr. adds 12.6 points and 7.5 rebounds with a .406 three-point percentage.

Toronto’s injury list includes RJ Barrett (right knee sprain), Jakob Poeltl (lower back strain), and multiple G League two-way players—Chucky Hepburn, A.J. Lawson, and Alijah Martin. Collin Murray-Boyles is listed as questionable with an illness.

The Raptors’ offense is led by Brandon Ingram, who averages 22 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists, and Scottie Barnes, who adds 19.3 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per contest. Immanuel Quickley averages 16.5 points and 6.4 assists, while Jakob Poeltl provides 9.7 points and 7.7 rebounds.

Orlando defeated Denver 127-126 on December 27 after a 105-120 loss to Charlotte the day prior. Toronto overcame Golden State 141-127 in overtime on December 28 following a 117-138 defeat to Washington. This will mark the first meeting between the Magic and Raptors this season. Both teams are in the middle of the Eastern Conference standings.
