The Indiana Pacers earned a 116-105 win over the Sacramento Kings on Monday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, powered by Andrew Nembhard’s 28 points and a season-high 12 assists.

Indiana moved to 6-18 with the victory, matching its season-best two-game winning streak and continuing a turnaround stretch with four wins in six games.

Nembhard controlled the fourth quarter after Sacramento erased a 19-point deficit and briefly took a 101-97 lead. His three straight scoring possessions—a 3-pointer, another from deep, and a driving layup—restored Indiana’s advantage at 108-101 and halted Sacramento’s momentum.

Bennedict Mathurin added 25 points while Pascal Siakam finished with 23, giving Indiana three players over 20 points and consistent scoring throughout the starting lineup.

Indiana shot 40% from three and 93% at the free throw line, converting 26-of-28 at the stripe to keep control during late possessions.

Russell Westbrook recorded his fourth triple-double of the season with 24 points, 14 assists and 13 rebounds, marking the 207th triple-double of his career.

Sacramento fell to 6-18 after failing to build on Saturday’s road win in Miami, which had given the group a chance to secure consecutive victories for the second time this season.

DeMar DeRozan scored 20 points while Zach LaVine contributed 16, but the Kings struggled defensively early and trailed 66-51 at halftime.

Indiana pushed the margin to 77-58 midway through the third on a Nembhard layup before Sacramento responded with a 37-point quarter behind Westbrook’s drives, DeRozan’s mid-range scoring, and improved ball movement.

The Kings opened the fourth with an 11-0 run that flipped the game, but Indiana’s perimeter shooting reasserted control. Mathurin’s catch-and-shoot 3 gave Indiana the lead back at 103-101 before Nembhard delivered the decisive sequence.

Sacramento finished 7-of-22 from beyond the arc, and its 19 turnovers created transition chances that Indiana converted into critical fourth-quarter points.

The Pacers also benefited from strong bench play, highlighted by Jarace Walker’s 12 points on 3-of-5 shooting and Isaiah Jackson’s seven rebounds in 17 minutes.

Jay Huff added eight points and seven rebounds while providing rim protection with four blocks, helping Indiana withstand Sacramento’s third-quarter push.

Siakam’s steady scoring and Mathurin’s perimeter shooting complemented Nembhard’s playmaking, giving Indiana balance throughout the night against a Kings team still searching for rhythm.

Sacramento returns home to face the Denver Nuggets on Thursday, while Indiana travels to Philadelphia to meet the 76ers on Friday as it looks to extend its recent progress.
