When Steve Kerr voiced out his frustration regarding their schedule, he was actually right, as the Warriors’ core is totally out against the Miami Heat tonight.

“The Miami game will be our 17th game in 29 days in 13 different cities. It’s been the toughest early schedule I’ve ever been a part of in my entire NBA life,” Kerr said.

Obviously, a tough loss 110-96 against the Heat after Stephen Curry was reportedly out due to his ankle, and Jimmy Butler with a lower back strain.

Al Horford and Jonathan Kuminga remained out, while Brandin Podziemski and Buddy Hield were left to take charge for the clash against Miami.

Meanwhile, Miami head coach Erik Spoelstra discussed the fact that the NBA’s back-to-back games issue cannot be solved at the moment, and it will likely remain a problem until next season.

“It’s not changing. Only way it could’ve changed is if everybody could agree on 10 less games. People also aren’t going to give money back to have less games so there really isn’t a solution to get rid of back-to-backs”

A huge setback for the Warriors, as they are just trying to find their groove in solving their early-season inconsistencies.

Despite it being just early in the season, Golden State’s core age numbers are slowly being felt, particularly in a tight schedule that can result in another playoff spot chase in the final minutes of the elimination round.
