Orlando picked up a 128-98 preseason victory over Philadelphia at Xfinity Mobile Arena on Friday night. The win moved the Magic to 2-0 while dropping the 76ers to 0-3.

The first quarter stayed tight with Orlando edging ahead 34-32. Wendell Carter Jr. scored nine points including a putback layup that gave the visitors a brief lead.

Tyrese Maxey led Philadelphia with 17 points on efficient shooting. He drained three triples in the period alone.

Orlando’s starters like Paolo Banchero added 13 points despite four turnovers. Franz Wagner contributed eight points with two steals.

The second quarter saw Philadelphia surge to a 34-32 edge tying the game at 66-66 at halftime. Kennedy Chandler dished out assists while scoring eight points for the hosts.

Goga Bitadze tallied 11 points off the bench for Orlando with multiple blocks. His tip-ins helped maintain balance inside.

Eric Gordon did not play for Philadelphia due to coach’s decision. The absence left the backcourt reliant on Maxey and Chandler.

The fourth quarter turned into a rout as Orlando scored 34 points to Philadelphia’s eight. Jett Howard drained two triples for nine points in the period.

Noah Penda finished with seven points and three steals off the Orlando bench. His fast-break plays sealed the margin.

Jonathan Isaac added three points with a block in limited action. The Magic’s depth overwhelmed the hosts late.

Philadelphia committed 15 turnovers leading to 22 Orlando points. The 76ers shot just 38.8 percent from the field.
