The Denver Nuggets have officially signed forward Justyn Hamilton, adding depth to their roster for the upcoming 2025–26 NBA season, HoopsHype reported. Hamilton brings professional experience from both Europe and Asia, having played in Switzerland and Taiwan after a collegiate career at Temple and Kent State.
Hamilton’s time with the Lugano Tigers in the Swiss Basketball League was especially productive. He recorded career highs of 31 points, 22 rebounds, six blocks, and a 37 efficiency rating in a single game.
During his collegiate career, Hamilton averaged 8.9 points and 6.8 rebounds per game in his final season at Kent State, highlighting his ability to contribute on both ends of the floor. At Temple, he showed flashes of scoring efficiency and defensive awareness while developing into a reliable forward.
Hamilton also played 26 games for the Oklahoma City Blue in the 2024–25 G League season. He posted averages of 7.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per contest while shooting 58% from the fiel.
The Nuggets enter the 2025–26 season with a new leadership structure. David Adelman has been hired as full-time head coach, while Ben Tenzer and Jon Wallace join as executive vice presidents of basketball operations and player personnel, replacing former GM Calvin Booth.
