PJ TuckerGeneral Manager of Ukrainian club BC Donestk, Velery Plekhanov, told to the local newspaper "Vechernyi Donetsk" that PJ Tucker is leaving the team and has already signe preliminary deal with Maccabi Tel Aviv. Tucker wasn't mentioned among many candidates to join Israeli giants which makes him a rather surprising signing.

24-year-old American small forward started pro career in 2006 with Toronto Raptors after being drafted 35th overall by the NBA team. PJ Tucker played in Israel in 2007/2008 season with Hapoel Holon and managed to end Maccabi's hegemony in the league.

PJ Tucker averaged 19.4 points and 5.8 rebounds per game in Ukrainian league last season.
