Barcelona are alone at the top of the Liga Endesa after they beat UCAM Murcia 77-71, while Valencia were stunned at home by relegation threatened Estudiantes.

The Catalan giants now own a 22-2 record as Justin Dolman’s 18 points helped Barca pull away in the third quarter to beat a stubborn Murcia side.

Valencia though slipped up with a shock 68-62 loss at home to Estudiantes. Nacho Martin scored 17 points as the Madrid-based side went two games clear of basement side Gipuzkoa, who lost 80-71 at Bilbao.

And Bilbao’s win over Gipuzkoa gave them breathing room for the eighth and final Playoff spot as Unicaja Malaga, Andorra and Tenerife all gained wins.

Tenerife dented Real Madrid’s title hopes with a 93-84 victory, while Unicaja Malaga dominated fourth placed Laboral Kutxa 83-56. Andorra also stayed in touch with a 74-61 road win over Manresa.

Sevilla moved further away from the relegation places after they beat Gran Canaria 97-72. Boston Nachbar paced the winners with 23 points.

Elsewhere in the Liga Endesa, Joventut Badalona snatched a lat 81-80 victory over Playoff-chasing Fuenlabrada and Zaragoza pushed Rio Monbus into trouble with a 76-64 win.
