Grant Afseth of RG.org reports that several agents representing point guards available in this year’s free-agent market are showing particular interest in the Dallas Mavericks.
With Kyrie Irving anticipated to miss part of the upcoming season as he recovers from ACL surgery, these agents see Dallas as an attractive destination for their clients.
According to Afseth, they believe the Mavericks offer a strong opportunity for players to both showcase their skills and contribute meaningfully to a team with playoff ambitions.
Among the point guards connected to Dallas are free agents Chris Paul and Malcolm Brogdon.
Additionally, Jrue Holiday and Lonzo Ball have been mentioned as potential trade targets for the Mavericks as they look to bolster their roster.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is looking forward to playing in Memphis, plus more from the Southwest Division. https://t.co/fZ9ZERrRzi
