According to a report from Chris Haynes, the Sacramento Kings are bolstering their coaching staff by bringing in Chris Darnell, who will be joining Doug Christie’s unit.

Darnell currently serves as the head coach of the G League’s Canton Charge and is expected to bring his player development expertise and leadership experience to the Kings’ bench.

In addition, the Kings are reportedly set to hire veteran coach Mike Miller as an assistant, per Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.

Miller has held assistant coaching positions with both the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Washington Wizards, and he brings a wealth of NBA experience to Sacramento’s sideline.

These additions follow the recent hiring of Bobby Jackson earlier in the month, further rounding out a coaching staff that is shaping up to be deep in both experience and basketball IQ.
