
The NBA has announced the addition of five standout players to the official NBA Draft Combine after they impressed scouts and executives at the G League Combine.
While the NBA Draft Combine officially began on Sunday, the event will intensify and continue throughout the remainder of the week, offering a more comprehensive evaluation of prospective players for the upcoming draft.
The five players who have earned the call-up to the NBA Draft Combine are Yanic Konan Niederhauser, Mackenzie Mgbako, Tamar Bates, Ryan Nembhard, and Lachlan Olbrich.
Niederhauser, a Swiss-born talent, spent the previous season at Penn State, where he showcased his skills on the collegiate level. Mgbako, who spent two seasons at Indiana, is known for his versatile scoring and strong presence on both ends of the floor.
Bates, who played his junior and senior seasons at Missouri, has developed into a well-rounded guard with a strong defensive game.
Nembhard, a product of Gonzaga, has been a consistent playmaker over the last two years, impressing with his ability to run an offense.
Olbrich, hailing from Australia, played for the Illawarra Hawks last season, where he earned recognition for his athleticism and potential as a forward.
These five players now have the opportunity to further demonstrate their skills and solidify their draft positions at the full NBA Draft Combine later this week.
