The Celtics (56-19) secured their ninth straight win and tied a franchise record with 32 road victories in a single season.
Kristaps Porzingis added 19 points as Boston finished March with a dominant 13-1 record.
Ja Morant paced the Grizzlies (44-31) with 26 points, while Santi Aldama scored 21 and Jaren Jackson Jr. had 20 points and 15 rebounds.
Memphis cut the deficit to seven with three minutes remaining, but Boston’s sharp shooting in the fourth quarter sealed the win.
The Celtics’ victory also marked the first time in franchise history that they swept a six-game road trip.
The Grizzlies started strong, shooting 50% from beyond the arc in the first half and building an 11-point lead in the second quarter.
However, Memphis struggled from deep afterward, missing its final six three-pointers of the half and finishing at just 25% from long range.
Boston capitalized on the cold spell, outscoring the Grizzlies 41-29 in the second quarter to take a five-point lead into halftime.
The Celtics extended their advantage in the third quarter, with Derrick White orchestrating the offense and finishing with 14 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds.
Jrue Holiday added 18 points and seven assists, while Boston’s defense tightened, forcing 10 turnovers and holding Memphis to just 18 points in the fourth quarter.
The loss puts the Grizzlies in a precarious position, with the team now dangerously close to slipping into the Western Conference play-in tournament.
Jaylen Brown missed the game for Boston due to a right knee impingement, while Luke Kornet was also sidelined due to illness.
The contest was officiated by just two referees in the second half after Matt Kallio remained in the locker room due to an apparent injury.
The Celtics remain firmly in second place in the Eastern Conference, trailing only the Cleveland Cavaliers.
