Coby White scored 35 points to lead the Chicago Bulls past the Sacramento Kings, 128-116, on Thursday night. The Bulls (30-40) secured their second straight win, overcoming a halftime deficit with a dominant second half.

Sacramento (35-34) was without Domantas Sabonis, who sat out with a sprained right ankle. Malik Monk stepped up with 34 points and five assists, while Trey Lyles added 22 points and six rebounds. Kevin Huerter paced the Bulls early and finished with 25 points, seven assists, and four steals.

Chicago trailed 64-55 at halftime before an 11-0 run in the third quarter flipped a five-point deficit into a six-point lead. White erupted for 31 of his 35 points in the second half as the Bulls outscored the Kings 73-52 over the final two quarters.

Nikola Vucevic contributed 24 points and 14 rebounds while shooting 9-for-14 from the field, including 4-for-5 from deep. The Bulls capitalized on Sacramento’s defensive struggles, shooting 52.3% overall and 42.9% from three-point range.

The Kings, coming off an upset win over East-leading Cleveland, struggled to contain Chicago’s offense. They allowed the Bulls to score 37 points in the third quarter and 36 in the fourth.

Despite Monk’s scoring surge, Sacramento’s defensive lapses proved costly. The Kings shot 47.7% from the field but allowed Chicago to control the game’s tempo down the stretch. DeMar DeRozan added 22 points for Sacramento, while Keegan Murray contributed 10 points and nine rebounds.

With the victory, the Bulls remain in the hunt for a Play-In Tournament spot, sitting ninth in the East. Sacramento remains ninth in the West but failed to gain ground in the standings.
