Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoka applauded new Philadelphia 76er Quentin Grimes’ recent productive play/career-night after Monday’s 144-137 overtime home win (46 points/13 rebounds/4 assists/2 steals/1 block/15-27 FG/8-14 3-PT/8-13 FT).

“He’s been on a heater right now. He’s averaging 20 since he’s got traded, but he had a 43-piece against Golden State a few weeks ago. He’s had 35, 36, 25-plus in like four or five straight games. Obviously did that tonight, so it’s impressive. Taking advantage of opportunity and showing some things that people haven’t really seen. So credit to him, gave us a hard time obviously and we had to go after him quite a bit at the end to get it out of his hands.”
