Immanuel Quickley recorded a season-high 34 points to lead the Toronto Raptors past the Utah Jazz 118-109 on Friday night. The Raptors (21-42) secured their third straight victory despite a dominant rebounding performance from Walker Kessler.

Quickley also contributed five rebounds, five assists, and three steals, making a significant impact on both ends. Scottie Barnes added 22 points, 12 rebounds, and six assists to help Toronto hold off Utah’s late push.

The Jazz (15-48) suffered their fourth consecutive loss, remaining last in the Western Conference standings. Kessler led the team with 18 points while setting career highs in rebounds (25) and blocks (eight).

Keyonte George also scored 18 points for Utah, but the team struggled with 25 turnovers and poor free-throw shooting. The Jazz made only 23 of 39 attempts from the line, including a 2-for-7 performance from Kessler.

Toronto took a 57-46 lead into halftime after holding Utah to just 19 points in the second quarter. The Jazz cut the deficit to six in the fourth quarter, but Quickley responded with back-to-back three-pointers to keep the Raptors in control.

Rookie guard Ja’Kobe Walter had 14 points before exiting in the third quarter with a strained right quad. Walter joined an already lengthy injury list for Toronto, which was without RJ Barrett, Gradey Dick, and multiple other key players.

A.J. Lawson made his first career start but struggled from the field, shooting just 2-for-13. Despite his shooting woes, the Raptors’ bench stepped up, with Jared Rhoden and Jamison Battle combining for 25 points.

Kessler’s 18 first-half rebounds tied a Utah franchise record for most boards in a half. However, the Jazz failed to capitalize, shooting just 25.8% from three-point range and committing costly turnovers down the stretch.

The Raptors shot 38.5% from the field but made 14 three-pointers, including six from Quickley. Their efficiency at the free-throw line (24-of-28) helped them maintain the lead in key moments.
