The duo of Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley, representing Team Cavaliers, emerged victorious in the 2025 All-Star Skills Challenge. Demonstrating excellent teamwork and skill, they outperformed Team Warriors – composed of Draymond Green and Moses Moody – in the final round to claim the title.

The competition also saw an unusual turn of events involving Team Spurs, which featured Chris Paul and Victor Wembanyama. In the first round, Paul and Wembanyama were disqualified after they deliberately skipped all of the jump shots during the shooting portion of the challenge.

By choosing not to take the shots, they completed the course significantly faster than other teams that attempted each basket. This strategy, however, was deemed a violation of the competition’s rules, leading to their early exit from the event.

The strategic play by Team Spurs sparked conversations among fans and analysts, adding an unexpected twist to the annual event. Meanwhile, Mitchell and Mobley’s victory celebrated their dynamic on-court chemistry and secured another win for the Cavaliers franchise.
