The Los Angeles Lakers are dealing with several injuries as they head into their road matchup against the Houston Rockets tonight at the Toyota Center. The Lakers have six players on the injury report, including superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Davis, who has been battling a left ankle sprain, is listed as probable for the game. James, dealing with left foot soreness, is also probable, as the team manages his condition.

Both players’ availability will be crucial for the Lakers, who are currently sitting at 20-14, fourth in the Western Conference. The Purple and Gold look to maintain their strong form, having won their last two games and going 7-3 over their last 10 matchups.

Joining Davis and James on the injury list are Jalen Hood-Schifino and Jarred Vanderbilt. Hood-Schifino is out with a left hamstring strain, while Vanderbilt is sidelined due to recovery from right foot surgery. Gabe Vincent is listed as doubtful with a left oblique strain. Christian Wood is also out, recovering from left knee surgery.

The Rockets, who are 22-12 and currently second in the Western Conference, are also facing some injury challenges. Tari Eason is doubtful with a left lower leg issue, while Jabari Smith Jr. is out with a left metacarpal fracture. N’Faly Dante, Jack McVeigh, and Nate Williams are also unavailable, as they are either in the G League or on Two-Way contracts.

Both teams will be short-handed, but the Rockets have been performing well despite these setbacks.

Tonight’s game at Toyota Center is set to tip off at 07:00 (ET).
