Portland Trail Blazers guard Dalano Banton thinks that Shaedon Sharpe has the chance to have a very successful NBA career (averaging 27.3 PPG/3.7 RPG/3.0 APG/2.0 SPG/50.8% FG/39.1% 3-PT/68.4% FT over his last three games).

“Shae’s my young boy, man. I tell him all the time he got the keys to do something very special, you just gotta be able to embrace it. It goes a long way. He’s very young, but it’s a blessing. It’s something that all of us want, to be able to be in a position to do great, to do good things. He has all the tools to be one of the better players in this NBA, he just gotta stay working and believe in himself, man. He comes out every night and plays the best that he can. He plays hard, but whether it looks very good or it’s not a good night for him, I think that he just gotta keep the same mentality, keeping his routine, trusting the work he puts in, and he’ll be all right.”
