Delonte West has been arrested again, TMZ Sports reports. The Fairfax County Police Department says the former NBA player was taken into custody on November 2 for trespassing in Virginia.

The arrest followed a November 1 incident where West allegedly refused to leave a banned area in Huntington, with video evidence supporting the claim.

A warrant was issued, and West was found walking near the Huntington Metro station and arrested later that evening.

He was released on November 3 after posting a $1,000 bond. West faces a misdemeanor charge and a court hearing in January.

This is just the latest of several legal issues for the 41-year-old, who was arrested multiple times in recent years.
