Myles Turner delivered a standout performance with 30 points and 11 rebounds in the Indiana Pacers’ (3-4) 134-127 victory over the Dallas Mavericks (4-3) on Monday night. This game marked Turner’s season high and also pushed him over 8,000 career points.

Tyrese Haliburton also had a notable game, contributing a season-best 25 points along with 12 assists. Pascal Siakam added 23 points, helping Indiana improve their record to 3-4 for the season.

The Mavericks were led by Luka Doncic, who scored 34 points and dished out 15 assists. Kyrie Irving supported him with 27 points, while Naji Marshall had a career-high 20 points off the bench.

In a notable absence for Indiana, power forward Isaiah Jackson missed the game after suffering a torn right Achilles tendon. Dallas was also missing key players, with Dereck Lively II sidelined due to a sprained shoulder and Maxi Kleber out for the fifth consecutive game with a hamstring injury.

The Pacers started strong from beyond the arc, hitting 7 of 9 three-pointers in the first quarter. Indiana finished the game shooting 13 of 32 from three-point range.

Despite a late-game push, the Mavericks were unable to close the gap. With just under two minutes remaining, Dallas reduced a 10-point deficit to five points. However, Haliburton’s clutch pull-up jumper with 50 seconds left sealed the victory for the Pacers.

Turner’s offensive efficiency was a major factor in Indiana’s win. He shot 10 of 17 from the field and was perfect from the free-throw line, going 5 for 5.

In contrast, the Mavericks faced difficulties with their shooting. Doncic’s struggles from three-point range continued, as he finished 4 of 10 from downtown, marking a dip in his shooting percentage this season.
