Caitlin Clark’s impressive debut season with the Indiana Fever has earned her the prestigious title of 2024 Associated Press WNBA Rookie of the Year.
The announcement highlighted her remarkable achievements throughout the season, which included being a four-time Rookie of the Month and earning titles like the WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week three times.
In August, she distinguished herself further as the WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Month. Clark’s outstanding performance places her in the history books alongside Aliyah Boston as one of only two Fever players to receive this honor.

She not only secured a spot on the AP All-WNBA First Team alongside top players like Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart but also led her fellow newcomers on the AP All-Rookie Team.
Throughout the 40 regular season games, she was a force on the court, leading all rookies in scoring with an average of 19.2 points per game and setting new records with her 242 field goals and 122 from beyond the arc.
Her assist tally hit an astounding 337, not just pacing rookies but the entire league in both assists and 3-point field goals made.

Caitlin Clark made history by becoming the first rookie in the WNBA to achieve a triple-double, and she also set the bar high for her franchise as the first player to do so in their history.
On July 17, in a game against the Dallas Wings, she amazed everyone with 19 assists, setting a new WNBA record for the most assists in a single game.
In addition, Clark played 12 games where she recorded at least 10 assists, the highest in the franchise’s history. Her talent shone brightly during the All-Star events too.
On July 20, she was not only chosen to start the All-Star game but also racked up 10 assists in her 26 minutes on the court, tying for the second-highest number in the game’s history.
Clark’s skills and popularity were further evident as she received a record-breaking 700,735 votes, the most ever for an All-Star Game.
