Los Angeles Lakers forward Jarred Vanderbilt has undergone procedures on both feet during the offseason.
Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka recently provided insights into Vanderbilt’s health status.
According to a tweet from Dan Woike, Vanderbilt had two separate procedures, one on each foot, shortly after the conclusion of the previous season.
Pelinka expressed optimism about Vanderbilt’s recovery timeline, indicating that there is a chance he will be available for the start of the regular season.
Last season, Vanderbilt made contributions in 29 games for the Lakers, averaging 5.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 1.2 assists over 20 minutes per game.
