Philadelphia 76ers star Tyrese Maxey recently described what excites him about new teammate Paul George as a person/player.

“I think he’s a good guy, good person. The Podcast P shirt was pretty cool. He gave me a sweatshirt, so of course, you rep your teammates. Whenever my teammates give me something, I always try to rep them. But other than that, just basketball wise, I feel like he brings a lot of different things that we haven’t had on the Sixers since I’ve been here: a wing scorer, somebody who’s very versatile who can shoot the ball, off the dribble, off the catch, guard different positions, create shots on his own. The list goes on and on and on. I think it’s just a good fit with Joel Embiid as well, so anybody that fits playing with him, is a great fit.”
