The Chicago Bulls are struggling to find trade partners for Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic. The prospects for moving these key players are not promising.

According to Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times, possible destinations for LaVine have dried up. Additionally, there is no market for Vucevic, who is 33 and has over $41 million guaranteed on his contract for the next two seasons.

LaVine, 29, has been battling injuries and has three years left on a five-year, $215 million contract.

This past season, he was limited to just 23 games, averaging 19.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.9 assists in 34.9 minutes per game.

Vucevic averaged 18 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 3.3 assists in 34.3 minutes per game last season. Despite his solid performance, his age and contract make him a difficult trade asset.

The Bulls’ front office, led by Arturas Karnisovas, faces a challenging situation. Karnisovas and the Bulls have time on their side, but not much.

The lack of a trade market for LaVine and Vucevic complicates their plans to rebuild or restructure the team.
