The Chicago Bulls are hopeful that Lonzo Ball will be ready for the 2024-25 training camp after a prolonged absence due to knee injuries.
Bulls executive VP of basketball operations, Arturas Karnisovas, provided an update on Ball’s progress.
“He’s moving along. We don’t know what he’s going to look like in a month or two. Hopefully, he’ll be ready for training camp,” Karnisovas stated, per K.C. Johnson.
Since January 2022, Ball has been sidelined with knee issues, undergoing multiple surgeries and rehabilitation efforts.
During the 2021-22 season, when he last played, Ball averaged 13 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game.
Despite missing two entire seasons, the Bulls remain optimistic about Ball’s potential return to the court.
As the 2024-25 season approaches, the Bulls continue to monitor Ball’s progress closely.
