According to Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report, the Chicago Bulls want to address a potential trade of Zach LaVine before entering contract negotiations with DeMar DeRozan. Although DeRozan and the Bulls have an opportunity to discuss a new contract before free agency starts, there has been minimal communication.

Haynes also mentioned on “thisleague UNCUT” that while the Bulls have potential trade options for LaVine, they are not yet satisfied with the offers to consider them beneficial for the team.
