The Utah Jazz are reportedly open to trade discussions involving second-year center Walker Kessler, as per insights from Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.

According to Fischer, rival teams have noted Utah’s willingness to engage in talks that could see them part ways with Kessler, who emerged as a significant contributor last season.

During the 2023-24 campaign, Kessler showcased promise, averaging 8.1 points and 7.5 rebounds in 23.3 minutes per game while starting in 22 out of 64 appearances.

The Jazz’s decision to consider trading Kessler comes amidst a broader evaluation of their roster and strategic moves heading into the offseason.

As a young center with demonstrated potential, Kessler could attract interest from teams seeking frontcourt depth or looking to bolster their defensive presence.
