New York Knicks shooting guard Alec Burks has made a strategic move ahead of unrestricted free agency, joining Klutch Sports, the agency founded by LeBron James’ confidant Rich Paul.

This move comes as Burks prepares for a pivotal offseason, seeking new representation to navigate his career path.

Steve Popper reported the news on X, announcing Burks’ decision to switch agencies from Octagon to Klutch Sports.

Burks, who is set to become an unrestricted free agent after this season, is aligning himself with a prominent agency known for representing some of the NBA’s biggest stars.

Acquired by the Knicks in a trade with the Detroit Pistons at the deadline this season, Burks has been a valuable contributor off the bench for New York, averaging 7.2 points and 1.9 rebounds in limited playing time.
