As the postseason becomes increasingly unattainable due to a decline in standings since the All-Star break, the Utah Jazz are still striving to maintain motivation as the season approaches its end, reports Tony Jones of The Athletic.

Forward Lauri Markkanen emphasized the importance of finding personal motivations, stating, “We might not make a deep run … this year, but everybody has something to play for.”

He emphasized the need for the team to set standards, play with pride, and continually strive for improvement, both individually and collectively.

Markkanen stressed the importance of playing hard, playing together, and maintaining a sense of pride, highlighting that there is always room for growth and development, even amidst challenging circumstances.
