Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James will miss the upcoming road game against the Milwaukee Bucks due to a left ankle injury, as confirmed by Lakers reporter Dave McMenamin.

In addition to LeBron’s absence, Lakers guard Gabe Vincent will also be sidelined for the matchup against the Bucks.

As the Lakers vie for a playoff spot in a fiercely competitive Western Conference, every game carries immense importance down the stretch of the regular season.

With only 11 games remaining, the Lakers are in ninth place, trailing the sixth-placed Sacramento Kings by three games in the standings.

James’ absence comes at a critical juncture for the Lakers, who heavily rely on his leadership and on-court contributions.

This season 39-year-old James is averaging 25.4 points, 7.2 rebounds and 8.1 assists in 35.2 minutes per game.
