The Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell underwent a medical procedure on Tuesday morning to address a nasal fracture sustained during Saturday’s game against Houston, the team announced in a press release. He will be sidelined for at least one more week and will undergo reevaluation at that time.

The injury occurred when teammate Tristan Thompson inadvertently elbowed Mitchell in the face. Thompson had returned to play following a 25-game suspension for violating the NBA’s anti-drug program.
