In a stunning turnaround, the Milwaukee Bucks (26-12) handed the NBA-leading Boston Celtics (29-9) a resounding 135-102 defeat, marking their most commanding performance of the season.

During a scintillating 25-0 run in the first half, Bobby Portis and Giannis Antetokounmpo showcased their prowess, propelling the Bucks to a lead that reached a staggering 43 points.

Coming off a demoralizing 132-116 loss to the Utah Jazz earlier in the week, where they trailed by 31 at halftime, the Bucks regrouped to deliver a dominant performance against the Celtics.

Contributions from Portis (28 points), Antetokounmpo (24 points, 12 rebounds), and Damian Lillard (21 points) highlighted the Bucks’ offensive prowess. Notably, Lillard returned to the lineup after missing the Jazz game for personal reasons.

Facing their highest point total allowed this season, the Celtics rested all their starters for the entire second half, while the Bucks opted not to play their starters in the fourth quarter.

Payton Pritchard led the Celtics with 21 points, but their struggles beyond the arc, going 9 of 34, compounded their woes.
