LeBron James was in high spirits on Sunday after achieving a remarkable 40-point performance in the Los Angeles Lakers’ 129-120 triumph over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The basketball star shared a video featuring Tiffany Gomas, the “viral plane lady” or “crazy plane lady,” during her well-known outburst earlier this year.
In the video, Gomas passionately declares, “This motherf—er back there is not real,” while pointing at a photo of James in the plane aisle.
In response, James humorously wrote, “Somebody come get her ASAP! She trying to blow my damn cover!” as the caption.
During Saturday night’s victory, James showcased impressive stats, making 13-of-20 shots from the field, including five 3-pointers.
He also contributed seven rebounds, seven assists, and two blocks. Notably, he scored 11 of his 40 points in the final 4:29 of the game.
Reflecting on his performance, James expressed satisfaction, stating, “To know I can go out and still make game-winning plays, can affect the game in multiple ways and can still close out a game in the fourth quarter when our team needed when they started making a run is always a good feeling for sure.”
