Cam Reddish played a pivotal role with 18 points, 16 of which came in the first half, while D’Angelo Russell recorded a double-double with 11 points and 11 assists.

The Lakers, missing key players like Jarred Vanderbilt and Gabe Vincent, faced a resilient Portland team led by Jerami Grant’s 23 points and Shaedon Sharpe’s 19.

Portland made a strong comeback in the fourth quarter, narrowing the gap to 104-103 with three minutes left, but the Lakers managed to pull away with an 8-2 run.
