In a thrilling come-from-behind overtime victory against the Toronto Raptors, Chicago Bulls star Alex Caruso’s defensive brilliance left his teammates and coaches in awe.
The game concluded with Caruso’s remarkable game-winning three-pointer, securing a 104-103 win for the Bulls.
DeMar DeRozan, Caruso’s teammate, couldn’t help but sing his praises, describing Caruso’s defensive IQ and instincts as astonishing and akin to unleashing a wild cheetah.
“His IQ defensively, his instincts, it’s amazing to watch. It’s kind of like letting a Cheetah out of the cage and just running wild,” DeRozan said, via K.C. Johnson of NBC Sports Chicago. “He makes it look pretty.”
